Whew! The *#$% Sacred Heart diet is OVAH! Yeah, baby!
I am 4.6 lbs down from my last Weight Watchers weigh-in (2 weeks ago). This morning I weighed in at 172, which is CRAP when you consider where I’ve been (158 at one point), but GREAT when you consider the problems I’d been having lately.
So, the "detox" did its trick and it’s back to business in the weight loss department.
This week: full on no-nonsense Weight Watchers flex program. And I’m hoping for another 2 lb loss by next Saturday!
