Question: What is the Fancy Food Show?

Answer: North America’s Largest Specialty Food & Beverage Event
 Question: How big is the show?
Answer: 180,000 products, 2,500 Exhibitors, 24,000 attendees.
Question: What was I doing there? (really good question)
Answer: Eating….ok…more like nibbling. 
Question: What was my first impression?
Answer: OMG
Question: What impressed me?
Answer: How many cheese exhibitors were there.
Question: How many Lactaid Pills did I take?
Answer: too many
Question: Did you see anyone famous?

Peanut Butter & Co

(They also make Baconnaise and Bacon Pop. It’s even kosher!!)
Question: Did you go for dinner after the show?
Answer: What do you think? LOL
Question: Would you attend in the future?
Answer: ABSOLUTELY 🙂 
My stomach is preparing for the show next year!!

    Eat Right for Your Type. Interesting because it is based on the person’s blood type. recommends plenty of mest for people with the blood type O. Diet plans for some blood types are nutritionally imbalanced and too low in calories. And for the record, there is even no proof that blood type affects dietary needs.

    Do the same thing for other activities you need to carry out consistently – like healthy eating, eating more vegetables, walking etc. The more you remind yourself of the goals, the more determination you may develop regarding them. Suppose you want to do 30 pushups everyday, you must write – “I want to do 30 or more pushups everyday”, and stick this someplace where you will see this multiple times a day.
