It’s been a week of wedding mania, princesses, and tiaras! My Girl was completely enamoured by Will and Kate’s royal nuptials, and I have to admit I was pretty captivated myself. It was hard not to get caught up in the fairy tale. One of my friends even hosted a Royal Tea Party, with delicate sandwiches and sweets prepared for the tiny princesses!
A week prior to The Wedding, my friend’s sister got married in Montreal. She passed along the video and I was blown away. The video, set to great music, simultaneously conveys the love between the couple, and the richness and celebration of South Asian weddings.
Shot by Marrone Video in only 2 days, this video was shot with DSLR cameras (small cameras with video capability). The videographers shot the video, incorporated footage from the ceremony and played the video for the guests at the reception! I can’t believe how much technology has changed everything since I got married in 2000!
The royal wedding was fab, but this melted my heart.
