Or at least the Brits can't…
You see, Young Victoria is scheduled for UK release March 6, but as of yet has no North American release. Which is strange considering the fact that Canadians & Americans just can't seem to get enough of the "zany" antics of the British Royal Family (as evidenced by The Queen, Elizabeth, Elizabeth: The Golden Age, The Tudors, Prince Harry – maybe that last one is just me).
It looks like a decent enough movie & I absolutely adore Emily Blunt. She does seem to embody Victoria. And the rest of the cast is nothing to scoff at either. Particularly the casting of Princess Beatrice as one of Victoria's ladies-in-waiting (interesting, since her mother is one of the executive producers). It is most likely a non-speaking part, so why not put a real Princess in there. You know, just for giggles.
So, what do you think? Are you eager to see this cross the pond, or are the Royals losing some of their lustre in the New World?

Why is Creating a Mosque at Ground Zero simply being permitted to take place? I’ve never heard anything at all so genuinely ludicrous in all of my life. If this by chance approaches reality, It will be the scariest thing in the world. willie

Definitely no loss of lustre for me.
