So, I’m NOT such a huge manicure person, on account of my unrepentant nailbiting thing. I do, however, love a good pedicure, and have a daughter who loves nailpolish. She, however, is not much for sitting for extended periods of time, which led me to discover Sally Hansen Color Quick Fast Dry Nail Color Pen ($8).
The girl is partial to the magenta (shown above), and I am quite a fan of the Sheer Beige.
The polish comes in a convenient clicky-pen-with-brush tube (technical term), and it really does dry quite quickly. One hand is COMPLETELY dry by the time you start on the second hand, and while the color selection isn’t HUGE, there are definitely a bunch of pretty shades to choose from. It’s convenient, relatively well-priced, and a great solution between manicures. Or, let’s be honest, IN PLACE OF manicures.
Thanx for the tip on this product!! 😀
Ooh, that could be the solution to my never having enough time before bed to get toenails dry, so I end up with sheet pattern embedded or just don’t get to them. Must try!
Oh, I like this idea… and Sally makes a pretty reasonable nail polish in any respect. Cool!
these work surprisingly well!
