Tonite, I went to another kewl event. This event included Sarah Richardson. I’m sure you have heard of her…she’s in magazines, has her own tv show…she is beautiful and friendly and talented. Naturally I wanted to be in the same room as her!!
I have been watching her show for several years so when I got an invitation to attend an event that she was launching her own collection of Para paints, I replied within nanoseconds. The event was held at the Gardiner Museum and that was another reason I wanted to attend. I had never been there. I’m embarassed to admit it…but that’s another story. LOL
The event was to launch the Para brands of paints into Lowes home improvement stores. Sarah Richardson created the color collection and it’s an impressive collection indeed. She individually selected the 75 colors!!
Speaking of color…while waiting for my car, I chatted with another attendee who told me a new term called “GREIGE”.. Apparentely grey is the new beige and now the buzz word is GREIGE.
Funny eh?
My house is still beige (builders beige to be exact)…I would welcome grey or any other color from Sarah RIchardsons Designer Palette collection at Lowes.
The gift bag contained a paint brush…Hmm…I might actually use it this summer. Time will tell.

Wow, isn’t that something. Just wallpapered a feature wall in our bedroom at Christmas and painted the rest of the walls Greige. We love our grey bedroom with a bold black and white floral pattern. I think Sarah would approve! : )
