As you know, I love twitter. (almost addicted, but not officially).
Back in February I was following tweets announcing 10,000 Red Prince apples were going to be given to lunchtime commuters in the PATH system (the underground walkway in Toronto’s downtown core).
Seeing as I am a major foodie..this tweet caught my interest.
I then started to follow @RedPrinceApple and they contacted me to find out if I would be interested in receiving a basket. Well that was a no brainer….YES!!
A beautiful basket came to my house and before you knew it I was slicing up the apples and making apple sauce. I LOVE the Red Prince Apple. It’s juicy, crispy, a beautiful color, not to sweet, not too tart. Do you know what I mean?
Here is a cool fact: Unlike most locally grown apples, the Red Prince apple is available in early winter until summer.
To find out more about Red Prince Apple…log onto www.redprinceapple.com. There is even a store locator (what a genius idea).
The Red Prince Apple is only available in Ontario but the contest is open to everyone across Canada. Isn’t that sweet.
So here is the story about the contest: I would like to know…what is your favorite apple?
The winner will receive a beatiful basket of Red Prince Apples and other apple related goodies.
(app. value $50).
The
contest runs until April 26, 2010.

This is very short diet, so don’t cheat, follow the 3 day diet religiously and you will see results in just 3 days. Although I want to be clear that 3 days are not enough for stable weight loss results, but if you want to wear that new dress or to look perfect for a party or any other urgent reason, it will work.
