I have several friends who are uber-organized.
They have these lists/charts (whatever you want to call them) on their fridge door. One friend has a “meal plan” for every night of the week. Another friend has a “to do” list.
These types of lists/charts give me anxiety just looking at them (and I don’t even have anxiety).
There are occasions where I do write down notes..buy this, buy that, call doctors office but that goes goes into my car and then into the garbage (eventually). Then I will write another note the next day..buy this, buy that, drop off this, make hair appointment. That note too, goes into my car and will go into the garbage (eventually).
What really helps me get organized/stay organized, is the calendar on my Iphone. It saves me. I probably use it more that the home calendar but often I try (notice the word “try”) to make sure they are both in sync.
I am also a big fan of Pile Management – do you know that term? They are tidy piles. Really!! I have a tidy pile in the kitchen and a tidy pile on the office desk. Those piles are another method of staying organized. (I think).
How do you stay organized? Curious minds want to know.

Most of the time, people get turned off by diet plans because they either contain complicated recipes or make them eat prepackaged foods. As you can see, these diet plans make you shell out more money than you want to. With them, you can be sure that sooner or later, your body will lose weight or your wallet will.

12) Just look at your food portion. It is much better to eat several small meals a day (like 5-6 healthy meals a day) than eat either one or two or three huge meal a day.

Not good if you understand that they identified the pellagra problem in the 1930’s south was the result of the high calories and minimal amounts of vitamins and minerals caused by a diet of primarily sweet corn. [See: > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pellagra >] This disease has identical long term health effects as the scurvy and beriberi problems that are also a result of eating too many calories with not enough nutrients. They cured pellagra in dogs by giving them liver and brewers yeast, but the problem with these are the long term effects of cholesterol in the liver and the short term toxic effects of elemental copper in the brewers yeast that is the rust residue from the vats the yeast is grown in.

Hello I just now finished reading through your blog and I’m rather impressed. I actually do have a couple of questions for you however. Are you currently planning on performing a follow-up posting about this? Do you think you’re going to keep bringing up-to-date as well? Furthermore if you get an opportunity could you rate my personal acai optimum web site whenever you have the opportunity?

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That?s a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game.

I think people organize themselves in very different ways. I like the “pile” approach but as a sports enthusiat ( love to cycle and run !! …people say thats all I talk about – &@@@&#& live with it !!!! )..lists , to-do’s and schedules are key to my living and breathing. My blackberry is my life. ( not yet graduated to iPhone)

I was so organized before baby…now?? Not so much.
I agree- I use the calendar on my phone for appointments/play dates/deadlines, etc..and I print out a calendar and leave it beside the computer. I put all the bill due dates on the calendar and the amount. I’ve been doing that for years and it works really well!!
Filing cabinet and shredder have just entered my world and they’ve helped reduce the clutter in my house! Thank God!
