Do you like saving money?

August 27, 2010 by vweiss

MoneyI love deals. Don’t you? It’s a great feeling to know that you saved $$.

Recently I have discovered the world of GROUP discounts.
-FabFind (www.fabfind.com)
-Groupon (www.groupon.com)
-DealFind (www.dealfind.com)
I subscribe so I can receive daily emails about the “deal of the day”.
It might be 4 free cupcakes from The Designer Cookie Boutique and Bake Shop or it might be a free drink at Aroma Espresso or it might be 3 blow drys from the Blo Blow Dry Bar for $60.
(I did them all by the way).
Apparanetly the blow dry offer was so popular that they extended the offer for another day.
The deals range from meals to dry cleaning to rock climbing. Im always impressed with the diversity of the deals being offered. Would always love more coffee deals though!!
Yesterday, I was all excited that a Thai restaurant in my neighborhood was offering 50 percent off.
However when I clicked on “for further info”, I discovered I had to buy 3 dinners.
Well, that didn’t work out for me. I even wrote to them with my disappointment on this offer.
I truly believe that this is going to replace flyers and traditional coupons etc. As the saying goes “the world is changing”.
What other deals do you enjoy? Please share as I love saving $$$.

Instant Google means a useful toolfor the average user. From a seo perspective, I assume it represents a new effort. I would bet that Yahoo will integrate a similar function
By the way an excelent post

In fact time and time again it is proven that it’s this particular exact type of machine which takes top respects as the most popular hill bike

I wanted to treat myself a few months ago to a Coach bag and was dismayed to find out that they are all made in China (Went to Coach store). If you are going to spend $200-$300 on a purse it should be made here or atleast Europe.

Psychiatrist Dr. Sarah Kennedy decided to hit a shopping centre to see if she could analyse the personalities of the ladies there, simply by taking a look at the inside of their bags.

I checked the Google instant for a handbag search…truely it helps with fakehandbags. Buying unbranded cheap bag is understood but paying for branded and having fake bag for same price is not worth

I just checked out these 3 websites. Unfortunately, none of them offer deals in Montreal. Hopefully they will start soon.
