I turned 45 last week. I think I have mentioned this before. (shame on me). As with every birthday, I start to examine my hair, my skin, my arms….you know exactly what I’m talking about. I know it!!
Dermalogica must have been reading my mind, as I received an email inviting me to SKIN CARE GROUP THERAPY.
Me and my wrinkles signed up within seconds.
I was invited to their training centre along with 20 other women.
A lovely professional Dermalogica team member asked everyone to introduce themselves. EVERYONE in the room was a blogger. I was so impressed that Dermalogica understood the power of social media. I also got to sit at the same table as someone I follow on twitter (@geekigirl). It’s always fun to meet someone you follow on twitter. (are you signing up soon…c’mon).
We put on headbands, cleansed our hands…and soon we were introduced to a variety of cleansers, exfoliants, moisturizers, and toners (not in that order..LOL). My skin felt the difference immediately.
Poof…I was 40 again. Just kidding.
The night was clearly a success. As I got in the elevator, I was joking with another participant that we couldn’t stop touching our faces. What a difference.
Dermalogica made my 45th birthday all the more special.
