words for wednesday- gimme shelter

March 27, 2013 by Nancy

People often ask me if I will ever marry again. My answer is always and immediately yes. If that sounds surprising because it didn’t work out the first time I can’t explain it. I just think it is the way I am supposed to live. And not because of some fairytale notion hangover from my childhood.
I love to give and receive shelter. And (good) marriage is the ultimate shelter.
“No matter what happens at work and the rest of the day there is a shelter when you get home” Danny to Annie.
Are you in the mood for a love story?  I am not a big fan of cartoons but the voices and the words are  simple and  good.
Come on.
Grab the kleenex.
(and then  come on over to my other blog for an example of the opposite of shelter)

THAT? Was wonderful. Wow… what a way to tell a story. Excellent.
And I’m glad you’d still like to marry again, Village. It’s good to be open to things! xox
