I had my little artists make cards for their moms for Mother’s day around their favourite thing to do with their moms.

For me, I love to swim with my mom and talk to my mom and make her laugh. I like to drink wine and eat dinner with my mom and tell her funny stories. I like to tell my mom about what her grandchildren have done that would make her proud. I like to show off my mom because she is young and smart and funny and interesting and interested and so much fun. I love my mom because she is AMAZING in so many ways. And somehow no matter what I do, she loves me, tries to protect me and supports me.
There was a quote once- I can’t find it now- but it sums up moms. ‘Everyday you wake up there is someone in your corner’
What is/was your favourite thing to do with your mom?
oh my god – the first one is SO good! Will wrote a list at school and everyone involved the TV…they must think all we do is watch tv! My fave thing to do with my mom was shop! And talk! And have her brush my hair. Garage sale. Hang out. Just plain old hang out.
