In an effort to give experience this year rather than material gifts, my dear friend Sam and I gave our children another famous JORO outing. (These have ranged from AGO, ROM, Science Center, Beaches, cottage, toboganning,skating and 10 days in Jamaica together) It was on Thursday and it was 15 hours of fun.
Because of the movie at the end of the day- all 6 of us wore black turtlenecks, pearls and black pants in honour of the fabulous Audrey.
8:30 am breakfast at our place- Dutch Babies, fruit salad, freshly squeezed o.j.
9:30 depart for downtown
10:00-11:30 Long and Mcquaide music store. Researcing, testing and buying microphones, banjos, ukeleles and guitars.
12-1:30 Ceramic painting on the Danforth in THE CLAY ROOM
1:30- 2:30 lunch at Factory Girl
3-6:30 Shopping Queen St W
7-8:15 Tapas dinner at the Red Tomato King St
8:30-10:30 pm Breakfast at Tiffany’s screening at TIFF Bell Lightbox
