Life is Delicious at Blue Mountain Resorts

July 10, 2013 by Cayla 8 Comments

Question: If you got a group of 14 super-cool, diverse women together, what do you think is the one thing you could guarantee they’d all be interested in?

Porn.

Food porn, that is.

And that is exactly what happened over the past few days at Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood, ON.

For 72 hours, 14 Urban Moms (and 1 Urban Dad) had the run of joint, enjoying a myriad of activities ranging from trail riding, water-spas, gondola rides, and more – all of which you’ll find out more about soon.

So what was the highlight for this Urban Mom? The food.  Between the outstanding dinners we had at Oliver & Bonacini in the Westin Hotel and Tholos Greek Cuisine in the Village to breakfast at The Sunset Grill to a well-earned indulgence at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory I can say that without a doubt, the food in Blue Mountain Village rocked my world. And with over 20 different eateries, there is absolutely no way I can describe everything.

So for now, sit back, dim the lights, turn up the Barry White, and treat yourself to a little eye candy:

Sigh… Was it as good for you as it was for me?

I tossed a skewer of chicken on my horiatiki salad at Tholos – was pretty freaking tasty.

I read this post while eating cold leftover fried chicken out of the bucket it came in, which was a mistake. I want all those things in my face.
