So, we have a new obsession in our house and it comes from Hannah Montana: The Movie. We have been humming it, moving to it, dreaming of it, practicing it non-stop. Check it out:
I’ve gotta be honest, I’m lovin’ this! My kids and I are having a blast trying to figure out the words and their corresponding steps and we’re actually doing OK. We’re popping and locking and ziggzagging and we’ve all mastered putting our hawk in the sky. To get the moves straight try the instructional video.
This was a really cute movie. My 6-year-old daughter loved it, my 9-year-old son and his friend thought it was pretty good and our 12-year-old gal pal thought it was pretty cool too. Even the moms enjoyed it (we both, pathetically, even had a few tears in our eyes at times).

My daughter Charley is a huge Hannah Montanna fan . She has lots of Hannah things clothes ,pjs pencils, dolls, books , mags and lots of posters also two of the cds which she plays all the time especially the hoedown throwdown . I have THREE Hannah Montanna fans in my house! (Four if you include me…) I’m the mom of three girls (6, 10, and 11 years). My girls sing and dance the Hoedown Throwdown every day and of course, we went to see the movie when it first came out! We watch the television show everyday and I even watch it without my kids! lol My girls would freak if we won this game!
My gosh, my daughter Angela is OBSESSED with Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus. Her bedroom doors are plastered with Hannah posters, and she keeps begging me to allow her to put more Hannah posters on her wall. Angela never misses an episode of the show, and probably knows parts of the show by heart. She owns all the CDs, all the DVDs, all the magazines, and almost all the video games as well. This is probably the only Hannah video game she doesn’t have, because she’s trying to save up money for it. I’m sure she would be SO excited if she won this!

My little Hannah Montana fan is turning 6 May 9th. She sings the songs, talks the talk, and tries to get her younger brother and sister as involved as she is. Both my daughters love Hannah one is 7 the other 10 the movie was great I actually had a few tears. I was originally going to take my 10 year old daughter, who’s a great Hannah Montana fan, to see the movie this past weekend. So then I was really surprised that my 14 year old admitted to me that she really wanted to see the movie as well. Everybody loved it! My girls would enjoy playing the wii game.
Hey! Ok so the biggest Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus fan is our soon to be (April 25th) 8 year old neice, Hailie! We live in a 3 unit house and all 3 units are family! So needless to say, our families are very close! Hailie is here all the time to spend time with her cousins (our son 16 months, our other niece 9 months, and her older cousin 15 years old) and with her aunts and uncles!! This little firecracker keeps us all entertained by dancing and singing (always Hannah or Miley) AND a Wii was just added to the families!! HOW PERFECT!!! my son is only 6 years old, and this past weekend his father took him to see his favorite girl in the whole world,Hannah Montana(Miley) but mind you he brought his 6 year old little girlfriend, lol. they just loved this movie. my son is so in love with hannah montana, everyday he sings to her songs, watches the show and talks a whole lot about how he is going to marry her, even today he found out that she was born nov.23/1992 and that is 10 years older than him, all he said , was that that’s okay, she will still marry him, lol. his first love, ha,ha.
my two daughters, age 11,age 19 and myself saw the movie on the first day of release. The lineup was ridiculously long, so we bypassed the line for tickets and instead went directly to the interac machine and bought our tickets on the spot. Thank goodness we did because the movie was sold out. We all enjoyed the movie and I was surprised to see all the different ages who enjoyed the movie, myself included.

Both my kids (7 year old boy and 10 year old girl) love Hannah Montana, so do my 12 year old nephew and his 15 year old sister. My sister took all of them to see the movie last weekend and they just loved it! My 7 year old son was just blown away that other people didn’t know Hannah Montana’s ‘secret’ and I heard all about it. My daughter spends much of her time singing along with all her songs, much to my husband’s dismay…lol. I personally like that she is down to earth and wears appropriate clothing, doesn’t do stupid things and sets a good example for the kids who idolize her. It’s all about equality, and I don’t believe a boy has to be into GiJoe vs. Barbie. And the same goes for Hannah Montana, everyone of any age, boy or girl, can really enjoy this show and her wonderful music. And my little guy definitely proves it!

This one’s a little different. My sister took her two girls (6 & 4), my 13 yo daughter and my 8 yo son (yes, that’s right) to see the movie on Easter Sunday. He came out proclaiming it was the “best movie ever”. Obviously, Hannah Montanah isn’t just for girls. He told me that he was singing and dancing and had the best time. He’s also a video game fanatic, he’ll play almost anything! So the HM game would be great for him, as he loves to sing and dance. Right now, we are focused on his sister’s graduation from grade 8 next month, so a gift for him like this would be perfect!

It’s amazing to see your six year old who has never seen a whole episode of Hanna Montana, ring off the lyrics and moves. She puts on her flowing satin night gown and saunters around our living room. It makes me a little leary as she is only six but she is so swept away by the music I allow her to indulge a little.

My daughter and I went to see the movie last Sunday and bought the CD yesterday. We’ve been humming the music and trying to figure out the dance steps on our own because she doesn’t want to follow them on the computer, she’s waiting for the movie to watch on the big screen (that would be the TV). My 4 1/2 year old LOVES Hannah Montana. She has an invisible sister named Hannah and an invisible brother named Jackson. My husband was in Tennessee during the release of the movie, each night when he called to check-in my daughter would ask if he had seen her yet, no such luck.
I have two girls….5 and 8 and they have loved Hannah Montana for a few years now……yes, my little one would have been 3 (she loves to follow her sister). We have watched the Hannah shows and have all the Hannah and Miley CD’s. I even have to admit that I went to a Billy Ray Cyrus concert many moons ago when “Achey Breaky Heart” was on the rise. So we love the Cyrus family! The Hannah Montanna movie is excellent and I love that the girls want to get up and dance!

Having just seen the movie has even further deepened our devotion – what a fantastic movie featuring such a talented young girl! My daughter is doing well in school with the promise of a Wii at the end of the school year if she keeps up her good grades and continues to save money in her weekly school education account. We do not own any video game system or games yet and I think this would be a fabulous surprise for her when she gets her Wii this Summer.

He loves the “boom boom clap de clap” song as he call it. The three kids (8yrs, 6 yrs and 2 yrs) have been trying to figure out the routine. They want to do a show at my mum’s birthday party in a couple of weeks. Between that song and the Butterfly song, it Hannah Montana all day every day since we bought the album off itunes.
It was a good movie though, I have to say. Wasn’t what I was expecting. I thought it would be a 1 1/2 hour version of the show.

Is it okay that the big Hannah Montana fan in my house is me? I’m working toward becoming a doctor, so life can get pretty heavy some times. I love watching Hannah Montana as a little escape – it’s cute, fun, enjoyable and a nice way to wind down after being immersed in science and life-and-death situations all day. Plus, I always had a fascination with show biz, and since my life doesn’t allow me to actually pursue any kind of career as a performer right now, I get to live vicariously through Miley!
My 3 daughters loved the movie. Even my 24 year old daughter. She took my youngest, my 12 year old, and the 16 year old daughter to see the movie. Her boyfriend came too. He really wanted to go see the movie and used the girls as his excuse. My 13 year old son wanted to go for he has a huge crush on Miley, so we snuck him in to a later in the evening showing so he would not see anyone he knew. It worked. Our 15 year old son loves the TV series but hasn’t thought of a way to go see it. My kids love her TV show and I love Miley’s dad, so we all have a great time with Hannah Montana and all the gang. We are real groupies here.
My son is only 5 but just loves the show! The 1st time we heard her song on the car radio he knew it was her right away & I was just stunned! How does my 5 year old know that?! I don’t think I watch anything but cartoons until I was 10…I don’t mind though, it’s a good family show.
My 6 yr old daughter is a HUGE Hannah Montana Fan. She loves to sing and always tells me that she wants to be just like her when she gets bigger! She just needs to get over being so shy!
We have a budding HM star at our home – our 6 year old daughter! Many of her friends are already full-fledged fan club members but we are just getting started. However, I will say that of all the girls she could want to emulate the behaviour of these days I am glad she is fixing on Hannah Montana. While Karsen is only in grade 1 she has already showed some of Hannah’s traits – when a girl in her class was being picked on for not having winter wear she called the poorly-behaved classmate on her own bad behaviour for making fun of someone else. She is a champion of the underdog!! You go Miley/Hannah – and Karsen too!!

We are huge HM fans – both my five year old and 16 month old enjoy it in their own way.
My six year old daughter Sinead is a huge Hanna Montana fan and we did see the movie and loved it. Now we need to learn the dance and want the sound track for sure. My daughter turns six on the weekend and this would be a great bday present. Thanks
My little niece adores Hannah Montana and would love to play this game!
I am extremely proud of my little Hannah Montana fan, my 10 year old daughter Hannah. She has been a big fan of HM and Miley Cyrus for past year or so and knows all of her songs and watches her TV show more often than I would like! At parent teacher interviews in March her teacher was telling me that despite her stuttering (which can be very debilitating at times) Hannah is one of the most confident girls in her grade 4 class. During a discussion between the kids about favourite entertainers, the kids all agreed that Hannah Montana was a ‘loser’ and my daughter piped up from within the crowd and said “Well I don’t think she’s a loser. I think she’s a really good singer”. My heart soared hearing this, because my main concern for my stuttering daughter is that she will lose self-esteem, and this showed me that she hasn’t lost it. She knows what she likes and she’s willing to go against the crowd. She has also decided to be a singer when she grows up, and I must thank Disney and Hannah Montana for giving her the idea that a regular kid (like Miley) can excel at what she loves to do.
This looks like a MUST-HAVE for my 5 year old niece!
