Actually this blog entry is not about “my sister”!! This blog entry is about a store in Toronto called “Secrets from My Sister”. Fooled ya, right?
I was invited to the store to receive a “fitting”. How could I say no? I’m an A cup and completely challenged on finding the right bra that FITS!!
Dana, warmly greeted me and showed me to the spacious fitting rooms. Once inside the fitting room, she explained to me the importance of finding the right bra, how to put on a bra properly, how a bra should fit, how to pull it up properly…WOW..there was a lot to know!! I had NO idea.
I showed her the bra that I was wearing and she said “is there a wire missing?”. I replied “uhmmm…I don’t know”. I truly am clueless.
You see, my mom owned a lingerie store for 15 years in Ottawa, called Next to Nothing. Due to my A cup, I grew up wearing ELITA bras…right into adulthood. It’s only in the past, 10 years that I realized there was more to life than cotton. Sad but true. One could say that Elita wasnt even a bra, it was more “coverage”.
However finding the right bra has never been an easy task for me. I told Dana that I have been buying bra’s at Target (Gilian O’Meilly) for the last 5 years. I can’t seem to walk into a lingerie store here in Toronto or a department store that has a range of A cup bras.
But today, I found a bra that felt comfortable, fitted properly and was indeed perfect!!
So if you are tiny, or not so tiny, nursing, pregnant, narrow, wide….Secrets from My Sister can help you.
They certainly helped me! What a great experience.
21) At least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u feel that u have achieved your desired weight then make this is as a Life Style change for you entire life. Remember do not focus on just losing weight, try to concentrate on diet plan forever so that you will never have to loose weight again. But occasionally u can take other junk food too.

We have a similar store here called Marianne’s but despite their help, I still find it next to impossible to find a bra that fits me and doesn’t itch or dig into me. Since I am small most times I go without, but you can’t always do that, or can you?
