You might send your mom a text to thank her for all she does for you and the kids. You’ll probably ‘like’ your childhood friend’s picture she just posted on Facebook. Heck, if you’re feeling generous, who knows—maybe you’ll even write a little comment underneath it.
You could do any one of those things. But what are the chances of you going a step further and sending them a card? Much lower, we’d be willing to bet. But that’s okay. You’re busy. Life just gets in the way. You meant to, but you never got around to it.
There are a million and one excuses for not taking the time to send a card to a loved one. But there’s no single, better way to show them that you’re thinking of them.
And because there are no ordinary people, there are no ordinary cards. Which is why Hallmark has the perfect one for every family member and every occasion.
The holiday season is fast approaching. For most of us, that means endless trips to the mall on the horizon, as you hunt for the perfect gift for your friends, alongside the countless other shoppers all doing the same. But what could be more memorable than a Hallmark card that you picked just for them, complete with a handwritten message from you inside?
Whether it’s a Frozen card for your niece who is still singing Let It Go on repeat, a cute canine card for the bestie who’s OBSESSED with pugs, or a very silly card that even your super serious brother-in-law can’t help but giggle at, Hallmark has got you covered.
Hallmark cards can be purchased in Hallmark stores across Canada. But on the weekend of November 25-27, Hallmark will be giving out some holiday magic of its own, by distributing their cards for free across the downtown core of Toronto.
So, there’s one more great reason to send a card to a loved one this Christmas.
And to celebrate the festive season, Savvy Mom has teamed up with Hallmark Canada for a Twitter Party on Wednesday, November 23 from 8-9 PM ET. Join us for a chance to win over $400 in prizes!
