I’m coming up on my one year anniversary with urbanmoms and I’ve been thinking about this whole blogging experience.
I’ve enjoyed the challenge. I didn’t have an exceptionally strong start and I’ve enjoyed trying to meet the goals set by Jen and Kath with their guidance and support.
I’ve met great people, both through the site and in person at functions and trade shows.
I get somewhere to write down all the strange and wondrous and mundane things that occupy my mind
But mostly, I get awesome support. I’m constantly amazed by how often I finish a blog thinking about how all I seem to do is confess about what I am sucking at on any particular day and then I receive these awesome comments from you moms congratulating me, defending me, commiserating with me and supporting me.
It’s so uplifting to be going through my day and randomly receive your fantastic comments. I am truly grateful to all of you.

We love your blog, too Elizabeth. It’s great to know someone else goes through all the same kinds of things and inspiring to see how you handle all the challenges you face. I’m already taking notes on how you handle those teenaged daughters…I will NEED the help in just a few more years.
