with all this talk of the new 90210 coming our way, we must not forget the original stars of our favorite high school, West Beverly High…

Ian Ziering AKA Steve Sanders

Ian (pronounced EYE-an) fell off the radar after the series ended. He did, however, almost take over for Bob Barker on the Price Is RIght (Drew Carey actually ended up with that job) and was back on the season on season 4 of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars. He danced with Cheryl Burke and made it to the semi-finals.

Gabrielle Carteris AKA Andrea Zuckerman

Gabrielle was famous for her role as the first 29-year-old high school sophomore, Andrea Zuckerman. She left the series in 1995 to become the host of her own talk show. It lasted one season. in 2003, she was on the first season of the celebrity reality show, The Surreal Life. She has two daughters with her stock broker husband, Charles Isaacs.   

Jennie Garth AKA Kelly Taylor

Jennie Garth followed up her role as Kelly Taylor with a four-year long role on the successful sitcom What I Like About You, playing Amanda Bynes’ sister Valeria. She also appeared on season 5 of Dancing With the Stars, dancing with Derek Hough. She finished in fourth place. in 2001, she married actor Peter Pacinelli, who she met while filming a movie. The couple has three daughters, Luca, Lola, and Fiona.

Brian Austin Green AKA David Silver

Brian released a hip-hop album called One Stop Carnival after he dropped the "Austin" from his name. The album was a huge flop. He did some tv work, with a part on Showtime’s award-winning series, Resurrection Blvd, and a stint on the Freddie Prinze Jr. show, Freddie. Currently, he is starring in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, as Derek Reese, John Connor’s uncle. He has a son, Kassius, with his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil and is currently engaged to actress Megan Fox.

Tori Spelling AKA Donna Martin

Tori followed up her years on Beverly Hills, 90210 ("Donna Martin graduates! Donna Martin graduates!") by doing some indie movies – Trick and House of Yes – and had small parts in Scream 2 and Scary Movie 2. Tori went on to star in two reality TV shows. In 2006, she was on So NoTORIous, which poked fun of herself. and then she and her husband Dean McDermott leased a bed and breakfast, which prompted the show Tori & Dean: Inn Love. The two have one son, Liam, and a daughter on the way.

Luke Perry AKA Dylan McKay

Luke, famous for his broodish good looks and scarred eyebrow, went on to star as Rev. Jeremiah Cloutier on in the HBO television series OZ (where he gets full frontally nude! gah!) and then played another Jeremiah on the TV show, Jeremiah. Most recently, Luke appeared on the now defunct HBO series, John from Cincinnati. He has two children, Jack and Sophie, with his ex-wife, former model Rachael Sharp.

Shannen Doherty AKA Brenda Walsh

Shannen played the role of Brenda for only 4 years, from 1990-1994. no one is sure exactly why she left the show…and she followed up with mostly made-for-TV movies and a part in Kevin Smith’s Mallrats. in 1998, she was cast as Prue on another Aaron Spelling show, Charmed, on which she spent three years. She is now starring in her own show, Breaking Up with Shannen Doherty on the Oxygen network.

Jason Priestley AKA Brandon Walsh

while still playing the good boy Brandon on Beverly Hills, Jason Priestley directed 15 episodes of the show and continued to do some directing after the show ended. He also spent some time on the show Tru Calling and Love Monkey. In 2007, he returned to Tv as one of the leads on Lifetime’s Side Order of Life. He is probably more well-known for his love of race car driving…and his huge accident. and in January, it was announced that would become a joint owner in a new IndyCar Series team. Jason got married in 2005 to nake-up artist Naomi Lowde. They have a daughter, Ava.
