“What did you learn today at school?”
I love this question mainly because I miss learning in a formal setting but also to make sure my daughters are retaining more than just water.
I try to ask it at dinner, like most parents.
Last night my younger daughter said she is working on a lab studying ” The effect of fertilization on Duckweed”
She said it with a straight face.
It was extremely hard for me to keep mine.
Heh. Outta the mouths of (not so little) babes…
