what are the chances ?

what are the chances.jpg

What are the chances that you could do it all yourself ?

What are the chances that you could own your own business and make it fly and love it so much you find it hard to call it ‘work’?
What are the chances that you could like yourself more and  more  with each passing year?
What are the chances that you could love your life, with all its bumps and scars, surprises and set backs, even though it does not look anything like you thought it might?
What are the chances you could make new dreams, and take thoughtful steps each day to fulfill them?
What are the chances that you could be happy again even though your sadness was so deep and dark?
What are the chances you could be the happiest person in the room  because of what you have had to overcome and how you have had to rely on yourself?
What are the chances that being in your 40’s could surpass the brilliance of being in your 30’s and the excitement of being in your 20’s, the energy of being a teenager and the imagination, creativity and fun of being under 10?
What are the chances that you could go to bed crying  into your pillow and wake up strong and hopeful because it is a new day?
The chances are as good and great as you think they are

if all of this is a little too cheesy and hopeful for you- have a little laugh about double rainbows

    Nancy,
This part squeezed my heart hard:
“What are the chances that being in your 40’s could surpass the brilliance of being in your 30’s and the excitement of being in your 20’s, the energy of being a teenager and the imagination, creativity and fun of being under 10?”
Here is something to smile about: a nice dose of saying YES to the present moment, read Laid-Off Dad’s lovely post:

I found Laid-Off Dad when he was married, felt really connected to this fellown when his marriage ended.
Enjoy, I’d had many laughs with LOD.
    Hope you do too.
    abbracci,
