Kitty, I wish i could say that I made it through the two days totally unstressed & unfrazzled!! We have annual passes to D-land, so we always go in with the plan that is it descends into madness, we just leave. The fantastic thing about staying at the hotel on the property is that you can go back to your room mid-day for naps, a swim or just a little downtime. They have a fabulous pool & all of the “cast members” we met went out of their way to be friendly & helpful. You pay a lot for the Disney experience, but it is a whole heck of a lot of fun while you are there.
If you do decide to do a vacation at D-land or D-world, investigate annual passes, as often it is worth it for one member of your group to get one (usually if you stay longer than 3 days at D-land or longer than 5-days at D-world) to get the discounts at stores & restaurants & to not have to pay for parking ($14/day!!!). Good luck & have fun….if your kids ever wear you down & you surrender to a Disney vacation!!

My kids want to go to Disneyland so bad. I can’t wrap my mind around keeping track of them and the rides and the heat and the…oh my, worry overload. I don’t think I could relax and enjoy it. Glad you had a wonderful experience, you don’t look the least bit stressed or frazzled.
