Three Days and Counting!

December 19, 2006 by Jen

Momdadinhottub

Curious as to the identity of the two lovebirds enjoying the hot tub in the accompanying pic?  Well, that would be my mom and dad.  They are living a life of luxury (at least on and off) at their place, lovingly nicknamed “The Mountain”, up at the very top of a road next to a ski hill.  This is the life!  And in three short days I’ll be joining them.

We’re packing up for the holidays for a week of ski, family, and festivities.  Add in sleeping kids, my husband, and a festive cocktail and you can see why I am counting the days.  Now, if only the weather would cooperate and we’d actually get some snow!

So ladies, I thought I’d take a poll and see what the rest of you are up to.  Complete the poll and share your holiday plans in the comments below.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Wow, Tara! Sounds like quite the adventure. Enjoy…and self-medicate as necessary 😉

We are off to Cape Town South Africa. We leave on the 29th and will be there in time to share in the New Years bell ringing. Now can I hold down some alcohol after 24 hours of travel with three boys my DH (who I am sure won’t be so dear by the end of the flight, and will surely be drunk the minute we land and see old friends and family) and my IN-LAWS, yes I am fortunate :* to be spending 5 weeks with my in-laws.
But I will be back in February with a tan some great clothes and realy wonderful memories!
    Tara

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. You are so lucky! Put the bubbles on and it will drown out and it might just drown out the screaming children 😉 Have a Merry Christmas!
