Earlier this week Come Fly Away opened in Toronto. Created and choreographed by Twyla Tharp, a live orchestra plays as Frank Sinatra croons his classics while dancers literally tear up the stage. The show is hot, sexy, and actually quite funny.
What I find astounding is the dancers take a dance class every day before performing this incredibly demanding show. So when Dancap asked me to come in and watch, I leaped, or should I say “soutenued” at the chance.
