Tales from a non-Fashionista: Joe Fresh

October 21, 2011 by Racheal

If Joe Fresh has anything to say about it, it’s going to be an Orange, Blue and White spring.

Being a non-fashionista, I’m not sure if it’s always the case, but there were definitely a few similarities between Pink Tartan and Joe Fresh’s 2012 spring lines.  There were also some terrific dresses and some real doozies.  Like the one clearly based on a crumpled up Loblaws bag.  Take a peek and see what you think.

I want those orange capris and the two toned jeans! I was psyched for your post on this…I’m thinking now that Joe is in Manhattan the pickings are going to get even better. My wardrobe is full of Joe – such great classics for so cheap.

Is the crumpled up Loblaws bag the blue dress? Love some of this, but a lot of it is too over the top for me. I’m a tad conservative in my dress (not my political views).
I’m annoyed by the skinniness of the models.

I love orange, and think it looks very, er, *Fresh* with the white, but I honestly can’t see being able to pull a lot of that off, in that the shapes are not good for me. I like the yellow version of the long skirt with a snug T, though, v springy.
