wow. just wow.
I have watched every single season of Survivor. every single one. Even the bad ones…because even the bad ones? they are still kind of good.
so, of course I have favorites. I mean, I loved Rupert on Pearl Islands AND on All-stars. And Paschal from Marquesas. and oh my god, who didn’t love BOBBY JON! (love)…but, possibly my most favorite survivor ever was Africa winner, Ethan Zohn.
and now I think I love him even more.
You see, Ethan has cancer. On April 30, he was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin’s Disease. According to PEOPLE, doctors discovered a swollen lymph node under his left clavicle, and a
CT scan revealed a mass on the left side of his chest. Then, just last
week, Zohn learned he is suffering from a rare form the disease called
CD20-positive Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, for which he began chemotherapy last
Friday.
And this is what he said about it.
“This is the ultimate game of Survivor,” Zohn, 35, tells PEOPLE, “and there’s really only one outcome, and that’s to win. There’s no other option.”
I hope he wins this time. i REALLY hope he wins.
He is my ALL-TIME favourite survivor. I know he can win this challenge too!
