I think a lot of people who struggle with motivation dont know that even the experts do too..
It is very easy to fall into bad habits. I had a rough weekend. After losing a close friend about a month ago we had a memorial on Sunday. I found my energy to be much lower than usual. My emotionally draining month really caught up with me. By yesterday (Monday) I knew it was high time to “SHIFT” my mood. Today I was at my 10 am class still feeling a little blue. Needless to say 10 minutes in I felt like a new woman. Regular exercise isnt a mystery it is simply a key. With it you can be a better version of yourself. Youve got to keep your eye on the prize. Signing up for something structured at even once a week can really make a huge difference…
I would love see some other RUT BUSTERS from other moms like you:)

Many people have a love hate relationship with running..The thought of getting going is torture. The feeling at the end is gold.
My reccomendation is to sign up for a run FAST.
Check out the running room for a list of upcoming runs.Commit to cause that is close to your heart and get yor conscience involved.
What are you waiting for…once your done reading this…do it right now.:)

I have been in a MAJOR rut for the last 6 weeks. I was running every 2 or 3 days for the last 1.5 years and then, all of the sudden, just stopped and I can NOT seem to motivate myself again.
Plus, I am afraid I am going to suck. I don’t get it because I used to really crave a run to clear my head. Now, I avoid it at all costs.
