I started running seven years ago to help battle with depression. It was extremely helpful for my mood. I run 2 half marathons and the friendship and sportsmanship from running made me feel I belonged in the “sport” world for the very first time. I have not run in a long time because of starting my own business and having my second child but as of this week I am committed to putting running back in my life. I am running every Tuesday and Thursday to start and hope to also run one day during the weekend. I am planning on scheduling it into my iphone to keep me motivated as well as running with a partner to keep me committed.
