The coverage has indeed gotten out of control. Here is a prime example: Yesterday morning my local news covered a missing 13 year old girl for all of 45 seconds before they took her picture down and followed the story with the line “Are you anxious to know who’s doing Kate Middleton’s makeup?” My amazement was even more broadened when my local news spent the next 15 minutes on the royal wedding after they had just bumped a missing child whom had gone missing locally. Is that what passes for journalism these days?

that is hilarious – I’m not going to get up early or watch through footage of the whole thing, because *snore* but it’s good entertainment like this! And, of course, I am curious what she’ll pick to wear.

I wish for their sake that they have even a tiny percentage of the amount of fun and joy in that video!

Hilarious!

Oh, how I wish it could all go down something like this…
I didn’t have any interest at all in this, but now that it’s nearly here, I might have to tape it to watch. Pomp-and-Circumstance still piques my interest sometimes, and man, do I ever enjoy an over-the-top, pretty, amazeballs hat. And there will be HUNDREDS of them on display! It’s a fancy-dress thing. Sometimes I just can’t help but love it.

I have next to no interest in this. Ok maybe a tiny interest in the clothes of Kate. And the discomfort of the uptight. But that is it. Seriously.
