piss me off-frozen shut

December 14, 2010 by Nancy

entrance.jpg

This morning, like the last  the last 3 mornings, I have had

 4 teenagers
4 lunch bags
4 knapsacks
2 gym bags
2 swimsuits and towels
22 teachers gifts
1 Oboe
1 Cello
1 French Horn
and a Partrdige in a Pear Tree
climb through the front door at the drivers side to get into their seats.
Exit strategy, once at school, was the same.
I like Winter, but 5 more months of this?

Ali- you have to know it will be 5 anything less and it is a bonus – you need polar fleece and ugly boots and a coat that looks like a sleeping bag. you need long undershirts too. and wine and whine…..it is an ugly time for all. BOO HOO.

Okay this is when you need a boy in the family!!! We experienced the same this week so had our wonderful 11 yr old go through the back and push from the inside out to open all doors. He loved the special maneuvre. But remember its a lot easier in snow pants than in skirts/tights!

I do NOT like winter one bit, and it feels more like 10 months to me, which is entirely too long. Grrrrrr…

Try putting down one of the seats in the back and then have them go through the back door – I’ve had the same problem and now do the back door route.
