Picasso?

June 27, 2010 by sarahnewk

The Boy got a pack of Tadoodles for his first birthday.  I love encouraging colouring in kids- the younger the better.  I don’t think a child is ever to young to develop skills that will assist them in handwriting skills, creativity, learning their colours, strength, and coordination.

The Boy’s first foray into colouring was a fun one, lasting about 5 minutes (maybe less, I didn’t time it).

First, he tried the figure out what the heck to do with them:

Then, he decided to test out what they tasted like:

I used to put my guys in their highchairs and let them have at it with fingerpaints or pudding. SO much fun!

I can’t help myself. You should see how much labeling and dating I do. Sad.
