You know it’s a LARGE group of contestants when the self-proclaimed “half-ton twins,” who each lost 23 pounds (I know, right? Twins are eerie like that!) went below the yellow line and poor James had to leave the ranch and continue his weight loss journey alone at home.
WOW. That’s really all there is to say. I feel badly, honestly, when people this big get kicked off so early. Sure, he’s lost 100 pounds since he’s been home. But, seriously…dude needs to lose a lot more than that. It’s tragic how big these brothers are…and they really need more time on the ranch to lose it…and LEARN how to lose it, yanno?
To be honest, I like that the Tongan cousins were inspired by Sione and Filipe, but really? Do we really need to have another set of Tongan cousins?
Also, I am really annoyed that they made them get up on the scale in front of their friends and family. I mean, really, these people are big. They KNOW that they are big. They live their lives big and do they really need extra humiliation? I am thin and I would be mortified to have to get up in front of everyone I know.
And you know what else I didn’t need to see? ALL THE DAMN VOMITING.We get it, you work people out for the first time in their lives and they are going to get sick. Do we really need to see it?
Best line of the night? Michael’s “Are my abs showing?” SIGH. I love him already.
So, what’s your prediction? Who is going home tonight?

Not sure how I missed out on this one…I seriously need to invest in a PVR but I’m sort of glad I missed this episode – can’t handle the vomit.

I cried about 73 times while watching this episode. These people are so lost and so huge. I felt bad for the twins and I felt bad for the ones that went home the first day. I just wish they could all stay. I guess it wouldn’t be as much fun or as motivating for them.
And, I know you have vomit phobia issues but I totally agree, that was over the top.
