So as some of you may already know, I have been writing a book – a book that started a few years back and then I kept having little brats sweet children so it kept getting put on hold and then changed.
I am done with having anymore babies. Serioulsy done. That said I have started to write once again in earnest, however, I wanted to know from you the readers, the parents, a few big questions:
What would make you pick up my book and read it? What would you like to know about me – a mom of 8 kiddies who is pretty well on her own? Would you be interested in tips on how I stay organized (most of the time), how do I shuffle them around to auditions, shoots, activities? What do I feed them? How much do I pay for food every month?
OR would you be interested in reading more about the crazy things that happen in this house, how I deal with the stress of having so many children and two with special needs?
OR would you like to hear more nitty gritty things like how yes I do yell at times, yes my marriage is delicate, what do I do on my free time – (like I have any…)
LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW!……………………… Please.
Until next time,

a “real” parenting book would be nice for a change. i think that the more people write about what really happens the more people will talk about their own imperfect lives and not be so “ashamed” when their kid has a hissy in the middle of the grocery store. you’ve done it here! one column in particular was when your daughter was having a fit in the rec centre (i think rec centre) you laid down the law BIG TIME and felt like hell afterwards and almost everyone replied that that has happened to them…were afraid to admit they did the same thing…etc. no one writes about what is real!
i was reading a book about nursing and what to do when the baby bites as they sometimes do. “gently but firmly unlatch and say no” or something like that. the reality was scream at the top of my lungs, yank the kid off and drop her on the couch. thank god there was a couch!
