For now, let me fill you in on the details.
When did you know? I’ve known I was pregnant since Thanksgiving (Canadian Thanksgiving, that is) when my sister forced me to take a pregnancy test because I was a few weeks late. I’ve suspected my pregnancy since the morning I went to put on a skirt I had worn less then a week earlier and it didn’t fit. I KNEW I was pregnant from that moment (although I was only about 2 weeks pregnant at that point).
Was it planned? We weren’t really planning to have another baby this quickly. I’m literally a walking proof that “we don’t need to use anything this time” is the dumbest thing I’ve ever accepted as fact:) The Boy will be exactly 2 years old when his brother or sister is born. However, when I think about it, I can’t think of a better time to have another baby. Screaming, tantrum-y toddler meet screaming, hungry baby. Might as well get it all over with at one time, right? Truthfully though, I’m really happy to be pregnant again!
When are you due? As of right now, it looks like I’m due around June 10th (give or take a few days). Right in time to miss exams (hurray) but also the week after my sister’s wedding (boo).
Are you showing? I am a blimp. Enough said.
I’m so excited to share my pregnancy with all of you!!! I’ll be writing as UrbanMoms pregnancy blogger for the next 6 (or so) months! I may have been through this before, but I can already see how different this pregnancy is from my last and will need your help to get through it! If I can ever get my head out of the toilet, that is…
Thank you all so much!! It means so much to me that you would take the time to send me your congratulations!
(here on UrbanMoms, Twitter & Facebook!)

CONGRATS!! We are in the same boat – I am due May 1. My first 17 weeks were brutal; I was miserably sick. Useless, really.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! 😀 So excited for you– there’s nothing better than a new baby! Ours are just over two years apart, too, and it’s hardest at first with a newborn and toddler… Once they started playing together, though, things around here got phenomenally easier. 😉 Ours are best friends, and I’m sure yours will be too! Congrats again!
Yay Sarah!!! That is wonderful news!!!! SUPER excited for you!!
Much love,
Nicole
