My kids are huge fans of breakfast…and not just in the morning. Breakfast for dinner is one of their favourite menu choices; bacon and eggs, omelettes and french toast are all popular, but their favourite is definitely pancakes! My middle son eats cereal regularly for lunch and has asked repeatedly for me to come up with some way to send leftover pancakes for him to enjoy midday, but I haven’t done it yet.
When these arrived on our doorstep to test last week, the kids thought they’d discovered the most genius creation ever.
From the makers of Two Bite Brownies, come Pancake Bites…little nuggets of buttermilk pancake and maple syrup that satisfy my kids’ sweet teeth! They come in the original Morning Maple flavour, and also a chocolate chip variety. A couple tucked into a lunch box makes for a great treat.
Throw them in the microwave for a few seconds and they’re a delicious warm after school snack.
Find Pancake Bites in the bakery section of most grocery stores, and offer a little breakfast…at any time of day!
