In our family, my three kids played in eight baseball games and a soccer game over the 48 hours that made up this past weekend. The weather was hot and dry. This meant lots of time beside dusty ball parks, hours in sandy playgrounds and lots and lots of snacks after game.
It all added up to the perfect conditions to test Purmist hand sanitzers. Purmist is a unique Canadian-made hand sanitizer, made of essential oils. It kills deadly bacteria and the H1N1 virus in just 15 seconds, and keeps killing germs for more than four hours. The great thing about Purmist is that after spraying my kids’ hands (and my own) four or five times a day, the essential oils (orange, lemon and lavender) left our hands feeling soft, not dry.
Purmist products are safe for kids, and didn’t taste horrible when licked from hands (don’t even bother asking how I know this!). They’re also manufactured in a completely nut-free environment, so they’re safe for everyone.
The little personal misters are smaller than my lipstick, so I stuck one in the car, one in my purse, one in the boys’ baseball bags. Because they were there, they were used!
Check them out across the country at stores include Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart and Mark’s Work Wearhouse.
