I’m sorry this is such a thrown-together Font Friday. I’m going out of town for a few days, and I spent every spare minute this afternoon working on another entry– an entry which I had my husband proofread before publishing, an entry he immediately told me nobody was going to care about it. (Also: yeah. Feeling CRUSHED.) I don’t think he was trying to be a jerk when he said it, but it really killed my enthusiasm for the topic; which was a look at web design and what I do as a designer. He’s probably right, too. It was jargon-y and detailed, and unless someone was really interested in the field, it might not be that involving.
Anyway, I’m feeling a bit deflated, and unfortunately my web design entry ate up almost my entire night, so I’ll leave you with a few beautiful fonts instead. I promise to make it up with a better column on Tuesday when I come back. Wishing you all an absolutely wonderful weekend.
Sidenote: Yes, these are all butchered category titles from SNL’s Celebrity Jeopardy. I thought it might cheer me up.

Um, fonts are one of my FAVOURITE things ever. It’s up there with pretty stationary and excellent pens… I love all of these fonts. Finding good ones is rather like digging for gold. Thanks for these!!

For what it’s worth, I’d love to see a portfolio of what you’ve done. Some of the designs you’ve had on Dasbecca in the past were PHENOMENAL! And I’d love to hear your thoughts on design, and to see what you have going on in the way of graphics/banner design. Also? Cheboygan is wonderfully lovely.
