So, without further ado (because the people at Warner Bros. have created enough of that on their own)…
So, what do you think? Definitely dark. I just love young Dumbledore. Also, young Voldemort is actually being played by Ralph Fiennes’ nephew Hero (really, Hero? Not setting that kid up for failure at all). The scenes in the middle of what looks like a wheat field & then Ginny with her wand are from an added scene (not in the book) where Bellatrix Lestrange & Fenrir Greyback attack The Burrow. Apparently this was done to amp up the fear/tension, as in the book a lot of the attacks by Voldemort’s people are heard about, but not actually experienced by many of the main characters. J.K. Rowling gave it her complete stamp of approval, so I figure that’s good enough for me!!
If you happen to be going to the movies this weekend you can see this on the big screen before The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.

CAN. NOT. WAIT.
LOOOOVE younger hippie-ish Dumbledore.
Added scene? Reserving my judgement. (Bitter reflection that they didn’t have enough time to include St. Mungo’s in HP OTP but now they will MAKE UP scenes for HP HBP?)
We’ll see.

Oooooooh…can’t wait! Hey Laura, we saw JTTCOTE 3D and the whole family had a blast. Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

Thanks Margot! The only thing wrong with the trailer is that it’s just too short! I am going to see the Mummy this weekend, so I look forward to seeing it on the big screen. I saw Journey to the Center of the Earth last night, so look for my thoughts on my Brendan Fraser weekend early next week!
