We are going to Las Vegas this spring! Wahoo! Strippers and slots, baby! (Or, maybe some shopping and shows instead. That’s a little more up my alley.)
I have never been there before and I am feeling totally overwhelmed about how to go about booking this trip. I want to get a smokin’ good deal, stay in an amazing hotel, get a package that offers discounted rates on attractions, and with a flight included. Where should I look? Expedia? Somewhere else? I haven’t ever booked a trip like this online before and need some help. Anyone want to be my virtual travel agent?
Help meeeeeee! Any recommendations about places to stay, things to do, or online places to book the trip would be so helpful.

Oh! the VEGAS stories I have! You’ll have a blast whatever you do! There’s so much there and something for everyone. Book the flight/hotel separate- we’ve had better rates usually. I’ve stayed at Bellagio, Mandalay Bay and recently at ARIA. You don’t need more than 3 full days in Vegas really. But do try and venture outside of Vegas if you have time. You don’t need a car rental in Vegas itself. Two outlet malls are worth going to one is off the “strip” but a cab ride. The other is in Primm…that you would need to drive too. Google them to decide which serves your needs…or wants. FOOD – lots to choose from. We’ve only done buffets maybe once or twice… but there are AMAZING restaurants in Vegas so depending on what type of food you like. It can be pricey but if you’re a foodie then it’s worth it! Again…something for everyone! email me if you want specific details! SO JEALS!!!!!

I’ve found the Flight Centre & Westjet websites are both really great for travelling in North America. They both include flights & hotels, and with certain packages you can also get car rentals or discounted attractions. Coolio!

We just booked a trip to Vegas through travelocity. If you are flexible with dates you can save a lot of money. The week I booked (5 days/4 nights at Caesers & flights) was $600/person. The following week the same trip was $1,700 a person. We are going to shop and eat so I wanted to stay at caesers since they have fantastic shopping (in my opinion). Happy planning 🙂
