A pedi, that is. Eva’s favourite big-girl-friend came over to treat her to a mani/pedi.
Not one to be left out, Cuy asked for toe polish. He went with a light blue and a subtle red.
Do you/would you let your boys wear nail polish?

Yup, Logan’s are painted more often than not. With two sisters, I think it’s inevitable. Actually, right now his are painted, and it’s one I came up with, I used different shades of green and black and gave him camo nails. 🙂

Of Coarse! I’m wearing Pasionate Pink Grapefruit as we speak…

When my son was 4 years old he saw my sisters and I painting each other’s toes, and asked for a pedicure. We obliged and pretty soon he was rocking some bright metallic blue toenails. Days later I was in my ob-gyn’s waiting room (this was weeks after my daughter’s birth), and I noticed another guy sporting metallic blue toenails in his well-worn sandals. I followed the toes up to the face, and was shocked and amazed to see that it was Gord Downie from The Tragically Hip, waiting for his wife’s appointment.
My son loves the story now about the summer his toes matched a rock star’s!

@Julie. My girls played “mechanic” all the time (and for real with my husband). My 10 yr old couldn’t sleep awhile ago and I found her underneath the office chair “fixing” it with her tools. LOL

Well I don’t have boys but I thought it perfectly appropriate when we had little boys come to play. It’s play. It’s dressup. It’s make believe. I told them they could be rock stars. Lots of those guys wear polish and “guyliner” too. 🙂

Gorgeous. I love it, Christine!! If my boy asked, I totally would…

if i had boys i sure would! i “let” my girls play with tools and trucks so why not? i know of a fella who refused his son sidewalk chalk because it was too “girly”. that’s gonna bring up issues like nail polish never could! 🙂

Very cool. Absolutely. I think it’s fun. Boys are creative and have a sense of style and self.
I remember my 2-year-old spending all kinds of time in front of the mirror gelling his hair. : D
Good for you, mom!
Pam says
Yes, Chris loves wearing it!! hehehe……and yes, the boys, when they were younger, wore it also. In fact, once when I took the girls to the mall to get theirs done, Justin really wanted his done also so I even PAID to have his toes painted. Shhh, don’t tell Cam, Justin will be embarassed!
