Today is the first day of school for the girls including Bunny.
Bunny and the girls didn’t sleep well last night because “Bunny” was quite scared about Kindergarten. “Bunny” thought she was stricken with the shy bug hence rendering her speechless and sleepless. “Bunny” cried last night before bedtime because she wasn’t sure she really wanted to be a big girl. She also cried this morning because she wasn’t sure she was ready to be left behind in the car today before school.
Poor, poor, poor, Bunny. I’m so glad you made it through the day of your big day without wetting your pants.
Maybe tonight, Bunny will decide to go to sleep on time since she faced her fears.

…it’s like that every school year for the past 26…and I am the kindergarten teacher!

My little Diva has the hardest time falling asleep at night and the first day of school was no exception. A week into it now and I know it is starting to catch up with her. She was a grouch muffin this morning and crying over everything!
I’m sure “Bunny” did GREAT in kindergarten!
OMG. This is the cutest thing I have ever read. Poor little Bunny! And what a great mommy recognizing that “Bunny” needed some extra special care and understanding today.
