I was incredibly fortunate to attend a promotional event for the new Disney Live! show Three Classic Fairy Tales, this past Tuesday. What a night my son Will and I had!
All the kids were dressed in their Princess best (or lion or pirate as the case may be). We were treated to dinner – tattoos – magic wands (currently residing under Will’s pillow) – pumpkin decorating AND a visit from some pretty special guests…Cinderella, Snow White and Dopey! We ate dinner with one of the performers – Danielle. She was so sweet and Will was immediately in love. She’s been touring with the show for three years and said she’s not done yet!
I was surprised at his reaction to the special guests. It was like when he met Santa last year. He was in total awe and his face lit up with amazement. There is absolutely something magical to kids about Disney.
This is the first Canadian tour for Disney Live!. They’ll be making 12 stops across Canada and landing in Ontario from mid-December through to mid-January. We saw clips from the show and it looks amazing. I can’t wait to take Will!
