Here’s this long weekend’s chocolate SCOOP: KATE WALSH gets hitched!; CELEB baby pics; HEATH LEDGER AND MICHELLE WILLIAMS split; freaking BRITNEY again (sorry); and, MORE.

I love chocolate so much these days, I want to shout it from THE ROOFTOPS! I LOVE YOU, CHOCOLATE!!! Omigosh, I’m sounding more and more like my cheaty little monkey every day…. Need. More. Adult. Interaction. (Note to self.)

KATE WALSH MARRIES ALEX YOUNG

Yes, everyone’s favourite brillers red-headed doc has tied the knot! Yes, 39-year-old Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice star Kate Walsh just married 36-year-old movie exec Alex Young. They had a beautiful sunset wedding at the Ojai Presbyterian Church, just north of Los Angeles. Over 100 guests attended, including Grey’s costars Sara Ramirez, Chandra Wilson, Katherine
Heigl and Justin Chambers. Grey’s creator Shandra Rhimes was also there, as were Kate Beckinsale and her director hubby Len Wiseman.

To calm themselves before the wedding, Alex and Kate enjoyed an hour-long yoga class together, and, then, Kate did an hour of cardio to supposedly ease the wedding jitters — but, PAHLEASE, she’s a Hollywood actress…, i.e., we all know she did the extra hour of cardio so she could have a BITE of the wedding cake (I mean, duhhh…).

After the church wedding, a grand reception was held at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa’s Casa Elar.

No word yet on honeymoon plans! But, Kate’s gotta get back soon to shoot Private Practice! Do you plan on watching that, Gorgeouses? I mean, isn’t there, like, only so much hospital drama one can watch? I don’t know what to do…I’m TORN.

JEN AND VI SPEND THE DAY….

As some of you know from The Cheaty Monkey, I’m definitely a fan of back-of-the-head pictures……. Well, truth be told, I’m an anxious basket case who doesn’t like the thought of crazy people looking at pics of her kid. A-NY-WAY…. How sweet is this picture? Jen and Vi are, first of all, at the kind of restaurant that I would NEVER take my monkey to during the day. I can tell because a) white tablecloth, and b) shiny napkin. But, I LOVE IT! Look at the interaction. Smiley Jen is so engaged with her Violet. They’re best friends…. Awww!?

By the way, some of you Intergossips and mean commenters out there? Us Urbanmoms have a bone or two to pick with you. If you don’t think a celeb baby’s cute, or if you’re freaking mean enough to publish that s/he may be downright ugly, KEEP IT TO YOURSELF. For, f—‘s sake (and I NEVER swear), there’s really no such thing as an ugly child. Vi happens to be happy and beautiful. Let’s try to keep it that way, too, by keeping IGNORANT, TRYING-TO-BE-FUNNY-AT-EXPENSE-OF-TODDLER!!!!! remarks, to ourselves. Thank you. Sheesh. Some people! So not funny.

MICHELLE WILLIAMS AND HEATH LEDGER SPLIT

OH! Sadness! They have a sweet 23-month-old daughter, Mathilda, together and everything! Us Weekly, however, is reporting that the two "quietly and amicably split a few weeks ago….The relationship had been rocky recently. They tried very hard to
make it work but finally decided to separate. They just grew apart." Brutal. I’m telling you, though — maybe it’s the short haircut. I SHOULD KNOW. Ever since I got my totally-unasked-for short haircut, I’ve been feeling BRUTAL UGGERS…. Then again, the fact that I’ve put on WAY too many preggo pounds hasn’t helped either. BRING ON THE CHOCOLATE!

JESSICA SIMPSON IS SOOO CLASSY NOW (BUT HER COMPANIONS LEAVE MUCH TO BE DESIRED…)

LIKE-O-MY-GOSH, she’s still looking fabulous after all these weeks. The dress, the shoes, THE ARMS! MOVE OVER JESSICA BIEL, THERE’S A NEW RIPPED JESS IN TOWN! But, oh!, the purse. It’s a classy-looking purse, no doubt. But — CALLING ALL PETA PEOPLE — the handle is a real deer horn, and this disturbs us. Deers are cute and they have families and rabbits named Thumper for friends….

ALMOST AS BAD is the OTHER accessory she’s sporting — VIVICA A. FOX. I used to like Viv. I mean, she was fab in Kill Bill. But, she’s just another celeb drunk driver, arrested back in March.

As you know by now, I HAVE NO NICENESS FOR THE CELEBS WHO DRIVE DRUNK. (Otherwise, I’m pretty darn nice as far as intergossips go.) I know I know. I could lighten up a bit — people make mistakes, but
drunk-driving celebs need to pay somehow — somehow other than a measly
86 minutes in jail (NICOLE) and "bragging" rights. A-NY-WAY!

I also can’t stand Viv because she did this interview for BET, and kept saying "DROP IT LIKE IT’S HOT" in every possible grammatical form to every artist she interviewed. LOO-HOO-SER!

Anyway, yeah, what’s newly-classy Jess doing with DUMBARSE DROP-IT-LIKE-IT’S-HOT Vivica at Ruth’s Steak House on a Saturday night? And, what is Viv wearing? She looks as SORRY as she should be for almost killing people drunk driving.

So, yeah, Jess look hott but needs to toss Vivica and the purse and give some money to WSPA or something. I’m SO SURE that dog-loving Jessica Biel would NEVER wear that purse.

BRITNEY HOSTS OPENING OF LAX FOR BIG BUCKS

Britney was hired to attend the opening of the LAX nightclub in Vegas. Of course, she showed up "fashionably late" at 12:15am. Apparently, they paid her $100,000 dollars for this. She basically showed up, posed for pics, and then made her way immediately to the VIP lounge where Criss Angel was awaitin’. Is it me, or is Brit looking more like Liza Minelli by the day — all dazed and vacant and loopy and probably drunk/stoned?

By the way? The reason’s behind the child abuse allegations: allegedly, Sean Federline and Jayden James (poor things) have poor dental hygiene, and poor eating and sleeping habits.
