Let us set the scene: it’s already past dinnertime, and you’re just getting home. Everyone’s hungry and cranky, and you need to get something on the table – FAST. Even the half-hour wait for take-out is going to be too long. So, what’s a busy mom to do in these all-too-familiar circumstances? Why, make a delicious batch of Ravioli Florentine, of course!
You’re skeptical, and rightly so. Unless you managed to stop at your local Italian restaurant on your way home, there’s no way to pull together something as yummy and family-pleasing as Ravioli Florentine when time is of the essence. Or is there? Ten members of our Go2Girlz testing panel were recently given the challenge of trying out a five-minute Ravioli Florentine recipe. One with only three ingredients, too!
How did they manage it? Easy. The folks at Chef Boyardee treated them to two cans of their Mini Ravioli and a recipe. It’s as simple as this: one can of Chef Boyardee® Mini Ravioli, spinach and parmesan cheese. Warm it all up and presto! Ravioli Florentine that the whole family loved. So: what did the Go2Girlz and their families think? Well, despite some initial wariness, all of our testers (and their families) loved the Chef Boyardee® Ravioli Florentine! They were impressed with the fresh texture of the ravioli, and really enjoyed the combination of spinach and parmesan cheese with the pasta. Each one of the testers said they will buy this product again for their families, and 9 out of 10 said they would recommend this recipe to a friend. But the best part? It was fast and easy to make, and everyone in the family ate it with gusto.
