Yup, to serve out the full 45 days of the ORIGINAL SENTENCE — minus the 5 already served….
At the end of the court session, Paris was apparently dragged out of the courtroom kicking and screaming and yelling, "MOM! MOM! MOM!"
Oy, I almost feel sorry for her….
The experience will definitely change her — for better or for worse….
Nicole Ritchie must be crying, too, now — scared sh–tless that she’s going to have to serve out the same miserable sentence, and not party it up in her home like Paris (or her mom) was, apparently, planning.
This JUST IN: PARIS WILL APPEAL. Lawyers are drafting the appeal as we speak.

So much for that…. I seriously feel sorry for her. 40 days is LONG! Especially when you know how HELLISH it is for her. But, that’s what you get for trying to scam your way out of jail and into house arrest. The judge didn’t buy it for one second and was PISSED — they have mental health facilities at the prison, he reminded everyone! WOW, just WOW! I’m seriously SHOCKED! Almost as shocked as I was when I heard she was released yesterday!

Poor Paris. But, DUI is serious business. Kudos to the judge for giving her the crap she deserves.

Phew is all I have to say! When I heard she was out I just about barfed. Maybe the fear of prison will keep these stupid young celebs from getting behind the wheel.
DREA — She doesn’t have my “mercy”, but I feel sorry for her (in a she’s-gonna-have-a-BRUTAL-couple-months kinda way)…. Thank God your uncle’s okay!!!! Believe me, I feel WAY MORE sorry and sympathy for him, and other victims and families of victims of drunk driving….

JULIE — Again, Julie, I TOTALLY think she deserves this — you’ve heard me rant in the past, no? But, I think it’s going to be HORRIBLE for her, and I can’t help but pity her because I’m the most empathetic person I know (it’s not fun being this empathetic, really). Again again again — SHE DESERVES IT!!! Her crime is a BIG ONE.
RENEE — Hee, can you imagine Nicole in jail, too!? that’d be a new kind of Simple Life! But, THAT’S being a role model. NO MORE playing “THE CELEBRITY CARD.” Your crime is almost WORSE when you’re a celebrity because young kids are watching and learning from you.
Im not sorry for her at all. I think she should serve that 40 days if not more. Drunk driving is huge! my uncle in Panama just got hit my a drunk drive while he was crossing a street! He almost DIED.. and as of now he is still recovering… and has pins, bars and so on coming out of his legs and arms.
Just because Paris is RICH doesnt mean she deserves any mercy regarding this. She needs to wake up!

i hope you’re being sarcastic when you say “I seriously feel sorry for her” cuz i sure don’t! kudos to the judge for having the cajones to send her back where she should be.
I was hoping you’d say something about this. Crazy! I couldn’t believe it when they actually let her out II thought, sure daddy paid someone) and I can’t believe she’s going back. $20 says her “health condition” is withdrawal.
Why do I care at all is the other question I’m asking myself lol.
