Stella Doreen McDermott was born at 3:13pm and weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces. She joins big brother Liam. “She’s here! She’s a healthy baby girl,” a rep for Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott said. “Tori and baby are resting comfortably.”
