What’s your beauty/fashion resolution for the new year? Mine? Wear my red lipstick more often.
And you?

If I said “to floss” would you all agree that I am the old gal in the group?
To continue dressing for me, for fun and to work on my core which will help my clothes look better on me (get outta here, muffin top!)
Love the picture Metalia! and I want red lipstick but don’t know where to begin… I don’t want to look Geisha or clown like.

I lik A stitch in time on Yonge St South Of Sporting Life- worth doing to use what ya gots!
My resolution is to floss every night (or almost every night) and to finally get my teeth whitened instead of just telling myself I will…someday. A brighter, healthier smile is a great fashion accessory that goes with everything!

Mine is to find good jeans and wear them! I’m sick of leggings. Jean recommendations? take into considerations 3 kids later…

I wore red lipstick for the first time in Vegas and it was a HUGE deal for me. I didn’t think I could…but now I know that I can. and now it’s ALL I want to wear!
JEN. I have a REALLY good tailor. HE is really inexpensive and does AMAZING alterations. And he can do a mean original jean hem!
Now…beauty goals for 2011…Find the perfect under-eye solution for my raccoon-eyes. And to take care of my skin, since I am horrific at this.

Delicious pic, ma’am. You should wear red lipstick every day for the rest of your life.
I always think i want to wear more colour, but the reality is, I wear black (mostly.) I think it’s okay. But I would like to buy some more bras – the problem with the fancy French things is they cost a mint… but worth every penny. 🙂
Oh, and Jennifer – start with your drycleaner… they usually have tailors in house, though someone else might have to mend your sweater for you.

My resolution is to find a good tailor and actually have some alterations/repairs done on pieces already in my closet.
I want someone to fix the hole on the back of the neck of my favourite cardigan; I’m not fooling anyone when I wear it, insisting that my long hair covers it. I want to stop having to use two-sided tape to hold up the droopy hem on my favourite BR sheath dress. I want to be able to wear my favourite pinstripe pants with something besides the highest heels I have (and still have to pull them up to my navel so that I don’t trip over them).
Any suggestions in the GTA?

Two things:
-to wash my face every night before bed. Admittedly I hardly ever washed my face before I went to bed…but I am getting older and want to take proper care of my skin. I have really good skin and want to keep it good for as many years as I can! I am so in love with my new Boots No7 regime that this won’t be hard!
-to always have gloss in my bag/pocket. Even if I wear no makeup whatsoever (which is often) I still feel somewhat done if my lips are shiny!
(great picture – you’re gorgeous!)
