Once upon a time there was a little girl named Eva. For her 5th birthday she had planned the best party ever with Princess Belle as a special guest.
The day of the big party, Eva woke up in the wee hours of the morning very sick.
She was very sad to have to tell all of her friends and Princess Belle that the party was cancelled.
Eva’s mom and dad promised her that one day she would have the best 5th birthday party ever.
The girls were super excited to meet a real live princess! They had the best time with Belle. She was beautiful and kind and spoke in a very princess-y voice the entire time. Every now and then she would start singing and that was nice.
Princess Belle was very good with children and took care of all of the girls and kept them busy for one whole hour. She began by telling the story of how she met the Beast

Once Belle told them all about her life at the palace, she played a very fun scavenger hunt game with the little princesses. Once all the special items were found, Belle sang songs and danced with them.
And then the most exciting thing happened. Belle told all of the little princesses that she brought princess makeup with her!
Belle surprised Eva with the most special gift. Because it was her birthday a month ago, Belle presented Eva with tiara that came straight from the palace with a special jewel in the front.
After the tiara presentation, Belle put princess makeup on all the little princesses. Everyone was so beautiful. And another surprise? She painted their nails. They all looked so beautiful.
Just then, a handsome young prince arrived. He demanded that he be brought back home to meet Belle. He just HAD to meet her. He insisted that he was a prince and that he was allowed to visit the party. It was a good thing he was wearing Belle’s favourite colour.
The handsome young prince joined the princesses in singing happy birthday to the birthday girl.

It was a truly magical day for Eva. It was a long wait to finally celebrate her birthday with her friends and Belle, of course, but it was worth the wait.
It was time for Belle to go. But before she left Belle had one last big surprise for them!
She pulled out a small satchel and told them that Tinkerbell had sent it along with her. It was Tink’s pixie dust!! Each little princess would get a sprinkle of pixie dust and were able to make a wish
The little princesses were sad to see her leave, but they said their goodbyes

The party was not over! After a snack and some a special pull apart cupcake cake
there were presents to open
Once the present were opened, the little princesses left one by one. After the last princess left Eva’s mommy asked her if she had fun.
Eva replied “It was so much fun. You gave me the best thing ever!!!”
Eva’s mommy told her that she would always do her best to always make her as happy as she was that day.

The pixie dust remains in Eva’s hair and there are dents behind her ears because she refuses to take the tiara off.
And she is living happily ever after, already planning her 6th birthday.

Such a great party and idea… I have a little girl at home who would squeel at the idea of a princess party with a real live princess! Whas it hard to find Belle?

Thanks Nanc! It was a bit of magic for her – I loved watching every second of it.
And no, I did not make the fancy pull apart. I found this one at Metro and it was in the Valentines section of the bakery. Pretty and cheap (only ten bucks!)
