i’m having laptop issues. first, the internet was slooooooooow. then i had to reboot. and now i have index finger issues from the stupid-ass j-mouse. i really need attach a normal mouse to it…but that would get all complicated in bed. bah.
anyway, i thought that once i got feeling back in my finger, i’d tell you some things you probably don’t know about me.
1. i have a geographic tongue. really, i do! but mostly only when i’m pregnant.
2. i sleep in socks. always. well…actually, i fall asleep wearing socks every single night and i wake up with the socks on the floor beside me every morning. oh, and i sleep with one eye partially open. and it freaks the husband out.
3. i am a pretty big sports fan. especially basketball. in high school, i actually had posters of David Robinson plastered all over my bedroom. i even collected basketball cards. and went to games as much as possible.
4. i have an agnostic sister, a pentecostal brother, and a jewish brother. we are like the mini-UN. and somehow it works. i love them all, and respect what each believes (or doesn’t believe).
5. i don’t like ice cream. i know. there’s something wrong with me. back in my SAHM days, i spent way too much time at Not Just Yogurt…a frozen yogurt place…and i can’t look at frozen yogurt or ice cream anymore. i also won’t eat dessert if it has fruit in it…unless it’s banana cake. i love banana cake.
your turn. tell me five things i might not know about you!

4 – I hate sleeping naked & even when I’m hot I still need my comforter to sleep well
5 – I am a shopaholic; I know every women thinks they are but I truly am…I don’t care about debt, I pay what I can & shop some more

Weird… I have the same recurring “discovering new rooms in my house” dream. Wonder what it means?
Besides that, I’ve got nothin’!

2) I love the smell of coffee but think it tastes like dirt.
3) I couldn’t stand the newborn thing. NEVER again.

Cool things! Isn’t it fun to be quirky? I’m the same with the socks thing. The hard part for me of challenges like this is to limit the number of quirks I list. =P
1) I might be pregnant. Wow.
2) I shave my toes.
3) I watch kids movies, even when the kids are sleeping. I like ’em, okay?
4) I want to write and publish a book someday, but I’m scared to start writing it.
5) Josh Groban’s voice gives me goose bumps.

THANK you for posting Blake again — I so wanted to see that again! (I didn’t get to watch it now, but I will later).
Your 5 things are HILARIOUS! All of them — especially the socks and the eye thing — are too much!
I can’t think of anything of my own right now. I’m an open book. I wear my quirks on my sleeve — especially when preggers. Maybe tomorrow when I’m more awake. 😉
