Mess Distress

August 25, 2013 by Nancy 4 Comments

Kids are back and with them piles of wet, stinky, sandy laundry.

I don’t know about you but I feel everything needs to be washed that comes home.

Toothbrushes get thrown out, hairbrush gets a boiling bath, flip flops that don’t owe you a penny get tossed in the trash and the stuffies (yes, 16 year olds travel with ‘pets’) get thrown in the wash.

Call me crazy but I sleep better this way.

"Honey, I am pretty sure he doesn't have feelings, he is a stuffy. And if he has feelings they are dirty."

heavens that bunny has to be one of the sweetest I’ve ever seen. Emily has two mangled monkeys (one was a spare, now both are essential). I have performed many surgeries on these guys and I fully think they will be concealed under her graduation gown in a few years…

I am with you all the way Nanc! And i would add to the “toss it” list -pillows and filthy socks that are never to be white again.

Kim, come across the street and we can cry over a cold one together.
